How come most people don’t wake up feeling better??????
Rest is an abbreviated term. Rest or restoration requires reserves ( nutrients, or materials ). Reserves facilitate maintenance, repair, and growth.You know that feel good feeling.
So for adequate or positive results from stress, stimulus, work, daily stress and or exercise there is a requirement for restoration(replenishment).
So for “re-vital-ization” to return to previous or increased levels of health or performance reserves or restoration materials must be present in the body “prior to” stimulus or triggering.
Note: rest or restoration is not a possibility until adequate reserves(materials) are present and available!
Simply put…..no reserves, equal no rest/oration or revitalization!
So to “wake up” feeling like we “rested”(restorated, revitalized) we must use the ultimate “cure” which is prevention!
THINK ABOUT IT……IT’S YOUR DIET!!!! …..or did you get the “stuff” you need(require)
