People don’t fail programs, programs fail people. - Bert
An individual joins a gym primarily because he/she wants to look and feel better. Does your current program evaluate on a regular basis any of these important criteria to help you reach your goals?
Does your current fitness program…
- Only require 20-40 minutes, 3 times a week?
- Not require you to do multiple sets?
- Not require you to do stretching, warm-up, and cardio work first?
- Give you more results as you become more advanced?
- Guarantee results?
- Make you healthy from the inside-out?
Does your current dietary program guarantee…
- No cravings?
- No hunger?
- Only fat loss – not loss of lean muscle?
- A program you can live with day to day, not on-again, off-again?
- The knowledge and support to establish and sustain a lifestyle change?
- Make you healthy from the inside-out?
Body Composition in Reference to Image
Body composition testing is one of the best ways individuals can accurately know what is actually taking place with their dietary exercise program. A weight scale might show little in pounds lost, because the body will be gaining lean muscle. This exchange in tissue will not show on a weight scale but will on a body composition test. Water weighing and near infrared light (N.I.R.) are two accurate methods of testing body composition.
