New programs have been made available due to demand of interest in exercise without extensive focus on the nutritional component. Although we advise and even stress the dietary component for enhancement of recovery.  these new programs will make available our, less time, more effective, better results producing progressive resistance workouts.

ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER program delivers more factual backed exercise than those delivered by our programs. After all our web name says it all...Results are Proof!

A PREMIER PROGRAM            
8-week inclusive — then an optional 8 week    
This is our top of the line program that produces fast extensive results. Our A Program is designed not just to give results, but to educate and instill a value system that ensures the ability to have a real lifestyle change. This program is unequaled anywhere and offers multiple testing and verifying of results.Unlimited consulting (within reason) and referrals for other services in the natural and conventional health arena. 

B INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM        
4 week semi structured with a total of 12 weeks          
This program includes an initial basic dietary and supplement advisory component, limited re-evaluations, 4 body composition tests and a constantly changed exercise component with limited cardiovascular programming.
NOTE: the client is responsible to ensure their compliance for any results desired. 

C BASIC PROGRAM           
4 week start up with a total of 12 weeks        
This program includes an initial consult that gives a dietary and supplement guidelines, 3 body compositions and a constantly changed exercise component. NOTE: the client is responsible to ensure compliance for any results desired. 

No where will you find an exercise component as is delivered by PFS. Our workouts have devastated even the most highly trained athletes from all over the globe. There have been many athletes that have walked in an asked for the best we have with a big smile on their face. When those same athletes have been less than 8 minutes into their workouts they have been BEGGING and HAD to stop.
