Exercise is a stress! ...
NOT a benefit!

The only, only benefit from exercise is improving circulation. Exercise is a stress or stimulus placed on the body to bring about or trigger a response from the body to make it stronger or to have more endurance.

Nutrition or food and supplementation are the components or materials that make the changes happen.

Time or rest to accumulate adequate nutrition, to process it, and then put these materials into place is the other, and obvious, major consideration.
