			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>FAT IS NOT&#8230; pretty, acceptable, likable, beautiful, beneficial, or healthful!</p>
<p>The world today is politically correct, not, no, wrong, lying, insensible, and utterly ridiculous! Saying that fat, large, and big is beautiful is one of the farthest stretches of the imagination anyone could possibly try, yes I said, “Try to “put over on any of us!”</p>
<p>I have been in the health and human performance field for over forty years and have talked to many, many fat, obese and morbidly obese persons. During the time I have worked with these people I can say when being totally open on their part I have yet to hear any one of them being truly honest say they liked being in a big, plus size, fat, large or obese body. I have asked them repeatedly, and that is why they came to me for a solution that would be a once and for all answer!</p>
<p>Yes, there are those who would say “they are perfectly happy” being big, fat, plus size, large or obese, however this is something that needs to be looked at from a logical and practical perspective. I mean listen to the words, what they are saying, they are saying too much, more than enough!</p>
<p>First let us look at what we are talking about. Fat is “excess energy stored on the body.” Fat is a fuel, or energy reserve that is gotten from an abundance or over storage of needs or requirements. Basically this is more than what is needed. This says the person is taking in or taking over a period more than is required for the time being. This says it is about me, me now, greedy, or selfish, and excessive. Sorry it is what it is.</p>
<p>The state of fat, overweight, obese, is about the body having a burden on the bones, muscles, heart, lymph, vascular system, and being over insulated which causes the body to have to work harder to even cool itself.</p>
<p>Where is this considerate of anything to do with life from a physical or spiritual perspective? It isn’t at all! The spirit of a human resides in the body for its so called ride to do the job it is here for. So how spiritual is it to destroy and mistreat the physical body that contains the spirit? Obesity is definitely not a spiritual quality. Obesity is a condition that directly opposes spirituality and then some would go so far as to try and say, “Don’t judge.” To that I say, “It is not judging, it is merely a self-evident fact of observation and logic!”</p>
<p>The individual is about me and me right now. I am not saying  any of us are any better at all. My point is trying to get others to buy into this “big is beautiful” is as sensible as getting people to buy into suicide of any form. It is suicide because that is what big, plus size, fat, large and obese are, a self-inflicted form of physical damage to the end that it directly or indirectly causes the death and unhealthful condition of the person.</p>
<p>This is not a logical self sustaining type of action of a healthy minded individual. Any type of justification of this condition is perpetrated by a “sick” individual. How stupid is someone to “buy into” this type of delusional thinking?</p>
<p>Being big, plus size, fat, large, obese, is a condition that can be treated effectively when there is a true desire on the part of the individual and a factual approach is worked. Big, plus size, large, fat, and obese, are obvious to what causes them: self choice. Selfishness, self centeredness, are the reasons it exists, and anyone who would try to justify these conditions should expect to look quite silly, even stupid.</p>
<p>When anyone justifies this condition with others it is for the “justifiers acceptance” by the unfortunate person who hopefully can see “the justifier doesn’t truly care for their best health!”</p>

<p>I just want to say how proud I am of Bert. Last April I truly believe I was literally killing myself and buying into the pill pushing medical field’s way of deciding what was best for my body and my life.</p>
<p>Bert met my husband and I in his office on a Sunday yet, and was the only person who told me truth. Bert will not sugar coat things and can and be brutally honest. But, it is because he cares and has a passion for you and I to quit lying to ourselves.</p>
<p>Yes, with the daily consult of Bert, we lost 50 pounds and my blood pressure was 130s over 80s and90s&#8230;&#8230; I now average 110/60s and often lower.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong></strong> In today’s world we are supposed to have the most knowledge ever. Of course “they” say that. By the way, who the heck are “they,” anyway? In today’s world we are supposed to live longer, “they” say! Don’t forget for one minute we are also having more cancer and major disease problems than ever before,”they “say.</p>
<p>Now if you are thinking at all, I would hope you are hearing all the “contradictions” in all these things even with us supposing to be smarter, more educated, and more informed. What I want to know is really who “they” are?</p>
<p>“They” is the catch-all phrase for giving validity to anything “they” want us to believe.”They” it seems to me is big business. In the health field the “big” money concern would be “big pharma” or the large pharmaceutical corporations who “drive” the medical fields.</p>
<p>These Big Pharmaceutical companies finance the medical research, the educational divisions, and the medical field in so many ways it is virtually inseparable from any major part of health &#8211; period. These companies are the driving forces through finance in our very government and changing a variety of laws.</p>
<p>Think about this for a minute. You donate (give) money to research for cancer, etc! The big pharmaceutical companies take this free money given to them and supposedly develop cures or drugs to help these conditions. Now they got the money for free, they then make these drugs available for outrageous profit margins: first to the hospitals and doctors, then to the person through drug stores. Yes, the very person who donated the money for the research is paying a price that is way over inflated to save their own life! Who’s stupid here?</p>
<p>That is some kind of perverted way of saying “they” care about your life. “They” say these so called pharmaceuticals are “life saving.” For example, let us consider the cost of chemo- therapy. If a person doesn’t have insurance to pay for the chemo treatments they will in many, many cases be turned away from treatment. Is this the life saving research we are “donating” to?   Now if this person can get treatment it can be so expensive that the bills from this treatment can take everything the person and their family earns for most of the rest of their lives. Do we call that “saving their life?”</p>
<p>We need to understand<em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> that pharmaceuticals only mask the symptoms and only manage the conditions as long as the person keeps taking the drug.</span></em> These so called cures are lies which need to be seen as they are: <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">a constant requirement to stay in the suspended state of non-health.</span></em>     These pharmaceuticals are not truly “restoring“the body to full health and or restoration.     The big pharmaceutical companies are the so to speak drug cartels. The pharmacists and doctors are the new era “pusher” or drug dealer. The individuals who rely on these types of drug treatments are the new era “junkies” or “drug addicts.” Who are any of us to put down the drug addict from the street? At least the drug addict from the street “knows” what they are getting and what bad side effects they will endure.</p>
<p>We all need to look into our own restoration and not be so “lazy,” yes lazy, about taking charge of our own health! Taking “care” or maintaining our physical health should be as important as our spiritual well being! Of course this is absolutely without a doubt going to eliminate a lot of those lazy individuals who want everything cheap, fast, and easy!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong></strong><strong>Diagnosis</strong> is the identification of the nature and cause of anything. Now let us put our thinking cap on. A prime example is when we go to the Doctor we desire a diagnosis of what our problem is.</p>
<p><strong>Prognosis</strong>is literally fore-knowing, foreseeing. A medical term for predicting the <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">likely </span></em>outcome of an illness and <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">it involves a description</span></em>. Now let us put our thinking cap on again this time really tight. We trust the so called medical establishment so we expect our Doctor to give us the probable outcome. Notice I said “probable outcome.” Not the definite outcome!</p>
<p><strong>Halitosis</strong> (bad breath) is a term used to describe <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">noticeably unpleasant odors</span></em> exhaled in breathing. Yes, bad breath is what I call bad information on the part of unlearned, egotistical, self deluded, over educated pompous idiots! Most so called professionals are a bunch of “bad breath” or words if you get my drift.</p>
<p>Let us look at the medical profession and the Doctors. Doctors swear an oath that years ago said <em>they would use dietary measures and prevention when possible. </em>Doctors are not supposed to prescribe any deadly substance. Today the oath was changed and the so called  “standard of care” is what the doctors must adhere to. The governing bodies of power say that no Doctor may stray out of this standard or they are in danger of losing their license.</p>
<p>I have had clients healed &#8211; completely cured of deadly terminal diseases and they go  back to their so called physician and the Doctor <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">will not even ask</span></em> about what has been the protocol. Why? Because it was “outside the standard of care.” Don&#8217;t say you don&#8217;t believe that because if you do, then you are the idiot!</p>
<p>Doctors also state <em>they never learn about the restorative processes of the body</em>. Doctors and pharmacists are taught “management” of disease and sickness, not healing and cures. This being said, <em>how stupid are we who <span style="text-decoration: underline;">go to </span><span style="text-decoration: underline;">a Doctor for a cure when they can’t even guarantee they know how to prevent the disease or sickness!</span></em> <strong>It is lunacy, insanity, and absolute stupidity!</strong></p>
<p>So as a wrap on where I am headed is simple. Our Doctors don’t know prevention, they definitely don’t know cures or healing and we go to them for “our health? How can a Doctor&#8217;s diagnosis be anything less than questionable validity but <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">their prognosis is definitely about their profitability?</span></em> Our health is compromised when it could have had a much better type of treatment as the money system continues to mislead us. Simply said, “A Doctor&#8217;s diagnosis is more accurate than the prognosis if you aren’t overcome by the halitosis……!!!!”</p>
<p>Understand, the <strong><em>Doctor is not qualified in health restoration,</em></strong> <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">they are qualified in disease and sickness management</span></em> through medication, drugs, and chemical compounds!</p>
<p>I say to everyone be wise and do not just take what is handed you as a prognosis. Our health system is based in big money often referred to as “Big Pharma.” The real question is if your Doctor knows there is something that works without the multiple bad side effects why is he or she standing on the side of bad treatment? <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Is it about your health or his or her money and station in life? So is it money and mercenary or is “right” and true health?</span></em></p>
<p>Everyone needs to think more clearly questioning everything as well as everyone! <strong><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">We are being deceived!</span></em> Or at least some are.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Food for thought: Before we had all this technology a medicine man and early doctors could give a diagnosis from questions alone.</strong> Wow, what has happened? We are not as learned as we should be especially in logic and common sense!</p>

<p>That makes me wonder why are there so many new programs every year? Do the actual physiological facts change every year? Does the correct way to apply the facts change every year? Is it possible that the public’s body requirements are changing every year? But, here is the best question, I hope you are ready!<strong><em> Does the public ever “get it” that they are emotionally buying this “insanity stuff “ just because it is tweaked every other way?</em></strong> Answer, no, they don’t get it! Why? Because it may be they want it as “easy” as possible and as “cheap” as possible!</p>
<p>These factors often change the way people perceive things. So what this does is very unique. <em>It allows every self proclaimed expert to get a shot at lots of the emotional buyer’s money!</em> Yes, money has always been a strong motivator. This means the big companies can sell things like “certifications,” that don’t require the future trainer to actually prove they can do any good whatsoever for the client. It means the health club that never gives any actual healthy services can require its staff to go through these great sounding courses hopefully making the club look like it has some “status” because they can advertise their help is “certified.”</p>
<p><em><strong> The public usually only wants to know the trainers are certified as a status symbol.</strong></em> The next major consideration for the vast majority is “do <strong>I like</strong> this trainer.” <em>Not what</em> has he or she done for everyone they have worked with. <em>Not do</em> they actually “care about my real health” and not just what my outside looks like, so they can get more business.</p>
<p><em> Another consideration is the weight loss programs that brag about how much weight someone has lost.</em> Oh yes, let’s see just how much weight someone can lose in a given time. <strong><em>Don’t even consider it might be mostly lean tissue being lost</em></strong> which will end up slowing the metabolism as most all programs do! These programs never consider real accurate body composition testing like N.I.R. or hydrostatic weighing. No, they use the “worst in accuracy if at all” like electrical impedance or worse calipers. But hey, they get to brag and then people wonder why the clients can’t keep up the pace or the loss.</p>
<p>The poor emotional driven illogical thinking fool <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">has subjected themselves</span></em> to the money machines and<strong><em> their health is paying the long term bill.</em></strong></p>
<p><em> When it comes to getting fit, and when it comes to someone working with your body, beware!</em> Your body is the vehicle your life force (spirit) resides. You are dealing with your life, health, and future wellness. Do some serious research. Get verified people, not certified. You want someone who has experience, proof, and a long history of tested results. Their clients should have had health improvements in not just weight loss or looking good on the outside. <strong><em>You want someone who has worked with diabetics, had clients&#8217; blood chemistry improved, as well as experience with the old, the young, and even athletic competitors.</em></strong> Get qualified instruction. It is your life you are dealing with. <em><strong>Forget certified  &#8211; get verified!</strong></em></p>

<p>Creation from my take is evolution at light speed!</p>
<p><strong>Creation is</strong> a first try and it worked! (A purposely correct effort which was thought out, or planned.)</p>
<p><strong>Evolution is</strong> a “get it right eventually,” but a long drawn out affair with a lot of modifications and a few hopefuls!</p>
<p>Creation says it was about eating laws starting in the Garden of Eden. This creation is also about the eating of herbs for healing and health. Creation is also about having the right attitudes, especially toward higher things such as God.</p>
<p>The physical body requires preventive maintenance. (Pre- <span style="text-decoration: underline;">event</span>- ive.) When you think about it our diet shows our “attitude.” Our “attitude” towards “higher things.” If our attitude is not good it shows. Our thoughts or attitudes cause “un-rest” or “dis-ease.”</p>
<p><strong>Bad thoughts = bad energy.</strong> Thoughts are “electrical” impulses and electricity is energy!</p>
<p><strong>Bad thoughts make for a bad attitude</strong> which is bad behavior. Bad behavior makes bad habits. Bad habits in eating causes disease or un-rest (imbalance) in the chemical makeup of our physical body which causes sickness.</p>
<p>Therefore:<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Bad thoughts = bad attitude = bad behavior = bad habits (as in eating) = bad health or dis-ease = sickness!</strong></p>
<p>WOW! Isn’t that an “evolution cycle?” Thoughts do evolve, some to bad, some to good.</p>
<p>A <em>bad thought</em> becomes a <em>bad attitude</em> which becomes a <em>bad action</em> which can become a <em>bad habit</em> <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">which can and does cause a serious imbalance</span></em> in the physical body. This usually starts in the mind or <span style="text-decoration: underline;">by not bringing the thought into subjection to a higher spiritual correctness</span>. So sickness begins in the mind by not taking control with higher spiritual correctness. It is written, “as a man thinks, so is he.”</p>
<p>Note: Our bodies are electrical chemical materials (beings) Our body needs electrolytes to send electrical signals to our muscles and organs to function. Thoughts are electrical transmissions in the brain. Many people today talk about “energy work,” etc. Most individuals do not stop to realize our body only has electrical (energy) impulses while it is alive! Scripture says “the life of the body is in the blood.” When the body does not have blood the “life force,” (energy,) leaves it. That life force is “energy.” This is why we need to keep balanced what we give the body to “operate on” and restore itself with.</p>

<p>Finally ONE BOOK  that the facts are presented in &#8220;entirety!&#8221; Yes all the &#8220;working knowledge&#8221; to get healthy, fit, and make it a actual life-style. Yes one book to &#8220;PROTECT&#8221; the consumer to get what is said and not just some or part of the information. <p>EDITOR&#8217;S NOTE</p>
<p>Before I embarked on looking at Bert Seelman&#8217;s life&#8217;s work, Bert insisted I go on his program. Not that I didn&#8217;t need it! I&#8217;m 54, 5&#8242; 7.5”, my body fat was over 31%, I had just finished six weeks of HCG injections a few weeks earlier, (which gave me modest weight loss and left me still not knowing what to do with the rest of my life), and had done a handful of nationally known ranked number one diet and exercise programs over the past 25-30 years.</p>

<p><strong>Sickness</strong>  =   the advanced state of disease or dis/ease The result of not fixing the disease accurately or completely</p>
<p><strong>Obesity </strong>  =   grossly fat,  cause:    a) too many calories, repeatedly  b) f<span style="text-decoration: underline;">ailure</span> to learn or accept causes</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The above is a result of</span></strong> one’s consistent “choices”…….and or actions</p>
<p>It is not luck, or chance, it is by choice, or one’s personal decisions!</p>
<p>I want, I think, I feel, and I believe are the main excuses. (these statements above are not necessarily fact, they are usually perceptions added to emotions)</p>
<p>If you know someone suffering from disease, sickness, or obesity and they <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">truly</span></em> want long term effective answers, they <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">are </span></em>available!</p>
<p><strong>If you know people suffering from disease, sickness, and obesity and you “really care”, you’ll tell them about getting help <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">- unless you</span></em> are really sick!</strong></p>

<p><strong>Remember…..when individuals are constantly sick, they choose it.</strong></p>
<p>Either through actions or inactions…..inaction is also an action!</p>
<p><strong>Constant sickness is an “attention getting device”.</strong></p>
