PFS Facilities

The equipment we use at Performance Fitness Systems is varied – Nautilus, Keiser and Universal brand machines. Keiser, however, is our preferred equipment because it gives us the abililty to change resistance levels during a client's exercise session. This equipment works especially well in rehabilitation cases. Keiser is also space efficient and allows easy movement changes as our equipment list increases. And is, most importantly, designed to the correct physiology of the body.

The interior of PFS is like no other in Tucson. It is fully carpeted in the equipment area and lined wall to wall with perfectly hung mirrors. Wood detailing accents the walls and several ceiling fans provide a constant flow of cool air over all the machines. The men's and woman's locker rooms are complete with pedestal sinks, private stalls, very private showers and keyed lockers. A beautiful tile design covers the floors and walls of both lockerooms.

The Mineral-Vites™ nutritional supplement store, located at the entrance of PFS, is designed to look (and act!) like an old apothecary.
