Fitness, fatness, fraud…….. know the difference

Have you ever even considered the fact there are “so many experts” in the fitness world?

That makes me wonder why are there so many new programs every year? Do the actual physiological facts change every year? Does the correct way to apply the facts change every year? Is it possible that the public’s body requirements are changing every year? But, here is the best question, I hope you are ready! Does the public ever “get it” that they are emotionally buying this “insanity stuff “ just because it is tweaked every other way? Answer, no, they don’t get it! Why? Because it may be they want it as “easy” as possible and as “cheap” as possible!

These factors often change the way people perceive things. So what this does is very unique. It allows every self proclaimed expert to get a shot at lots of the emotional buyer’s money! Yes, money has always been a strong motivator. This means the big companies can sell things like “certifications,” that don’t require the future trainer to actually prove they can do any good whatsoever for the client. It means the health club that never gives any actual healthy services can require its staff to go through these great sounding courses hopefully making the club look like it has some “status” because they can advertise their help is “certified.”

 The public usually only wants to know the trainers are certified as a status symbol. The next major consideration for the vast majority is “do I like this trainer.” Not what has he or she done for everyone they have worked with. Not do they actually “care about my real health” and not just what my outside looks like, so they can get more business.

 Another consideration is the weight loss programs that brag about how much weight someone has lost. Oh yes, let’s see just how much weight someone can lose in a given time. Don’t even consider it might be mostly lean tissue being lost which will end up slowing the metabolism as most all programs do! These programs never consider real accurate body composition testing like N.I.R. or hydrostatic weighing. No, they use the “worst in accuracy if at all” like electrical impedance or worse calipers. But hey, they get to brag and then people wonder why the clients can’t keep up the pace or the loss.

The poor emotional driven illogical thinking fool has subjected themselves to the money machines and their health is paying the long term bill.

 When it comes to getting fit, and when it comes to someone working with your body, beware! Your body is the vehicle your life force (spirit) resides. You are dealing with your life, health, and future wellness. Do some serious research. Get verified people, not certified. You want someone who has experience, proof, and a long history of tested results. Their clients should have had health improvements in not just weight loss or looking good on the outside. You want someone who has worked with diabetics, had clients’ blood chemistry improved, as well as experience with the old, the young, and even athletic competitors. Get qualified instruction. It is your life you are dealing with. Forget certified  – get verified!

Creation or evolution of SICKNESS …

                

Creation from my take is evolution at light speed!

Creation is a first try and it worked! (A purposely correct effort which was thought out, or planned.)

Evolution is a “get it right eventually,” but a long drawn out affair with a lot of modifications and a few hopefuls!

Creation says it was about eating laws starting in the Garden of Eden. This creation is also about the eating of herbs for healing and health. Creation is also about having the right attitudes, especially toward higher things such as God.

The physical body requires preventive maintenance. (Pre- event- ive.) When you think about it our diet shows our “attitude.” Our “attitude” towards “higher things.” If our attitude is not good it shows. Our thoughts or attitudes cause “un-rest” or “dis-ease.”

Bad thoughts = bad energy. Thoughts are “electrical” impulses and electricity is energy!

Bad thoughts make for a bad attitude which is bad behavior. Bad behavior makes bad habits. Bad habits in eating causes disease or un-rest (imbalance) in the chemical makeup of our physical body which causes sickness.

Therefore:

Bad thoughts = bad attitude = bad behavior = bad habits (as in eating) = bad health or dis-ease = sickness!

WOW! Isn’t that an “evolution cycle?” Thoughts do evolve, some to bad, some to good.

A bad thought becomes a bad attitude which becomes a bad action which can become a bad habit which can and does cause a serious imbalance in the physical body. This usually starts in the mind or by not bringing the thought into subjection to a higher spiritual correctness. So sickness begins in the mind by not taking control with higher spiritual correctness. It is written, “as a man thinks, so is he.”

Note: Our bodies are electrical chemical materials (beings) Our body needs electrolytes to send electrical signals to our muscles and organs to function. Thoughts are electrical transmissions in the brain. Many people today talk about “energy work,” etc. Most individuals do not stop to realize our body only has electrical (energy) impulses while it is alive! Scripture says “the life of the body is in the blood.” When the body does not have blood the “life force,” (energy,) leaves it. That life force is “energy.” This is why we need to keep balanced what we give the body to “operate on” and restore itself with.

Understanding of Disease, Sickness, and Obesity

 

Dis/ ease  =     unrest at the cellular level  (not at ease)     usually from lack of required nutrients or materials, imbalance

Sickness  =   the advanced state of disease or dis/ease The result of not fixing the disease accurately or completely

Obesity   =   grossly fat,  cause:    a) too many calories, repeatedly  b) failure to learn or accept causes

The above is a result of one’s consistent “choices”…….and or actions

It is not luck, or chance, it is by choice, or one’s personal decisions!

I want, I think, I feel, and I believe are the main excuses. (these statements above are not necessarily fact, they are usually perceptions added to emotions)

If you know someone suffering from disease, sickness, or obesity and they truly want long term effective answers, they are available!

If you know people suffering from disease, sickness, and obesity and you “really care”, you’ll tell them about getting help - unless you are really sick!

 

Remember…..when individuals are constantly sick, they choose it.

Either through actions or inactions…..inaction is also an action!

Constant sickness is an “attention getting device”.

diabetes cured…… When Doctors Can’t, the Natural Can….

THIS IS THE ACTUAL RESULTS OF ONE MANS RESULTS WITH DIABETES

His name Ed Green this is just to show what is possible with the proper guidance and some determination.

This man basically went off all meds in eight days!

My blood sugar was high and out of control. My morning fasting blood sugar readings were as follows:
September 2011
Average: 325.85;                        High: 396;                                   Low: 237;
October 2011
Average: 259;                              High: 393;                                   Low: 172;
November 2011
Average: 201.17;                       High: 239;                                   Low 164;
December 2011 – up to and including December 16
Average:201;                                High: 220;                                  Low: 196.
During the months of September and October my physician prescribed various medications and seeing little results at first, continued to increase dosages (Metafomin-500mg to 1,500mg daily; adding Amaryl; and increasing the Lantus injections from 5units to 10units and then 20 units). Eventually, by mid-October, my medications were as follows:
Metformin (Glucophage)1 – 500mg tablets – three times per day; Amaryl (Glimepiride)2 – 1mg tablet – once per day; Lantus (Insulin glargine)3 – 20unit injection – once per day.

I started Bert’s diet with his recommended supplements on December 16, 2011. I continued to take my morning fasting blood sugar readings. I knew if my blood sugar levels went too low that this could result in a dangerous situation. My ideal blood sugar level would be between 115-130. As previously discussed with my physician, and confirmed with Bert, I could incrementally reduce my medication as my blood sugar decreased.
Here are my results so far:
December 16 – Day I started Bert’s program: Morning fasting blood sugar 212. Taking all physician prescribed medication;
December 17 – Morning fasting blood sugar 164–drop of 48.
December 18 – Morning fasting blood sugar 144–drop of 20. Cut back on Metformin from
1,500mg to 1,000mg (3 to 2 tablets);
December 19 – Morning fasting blood sugar 148–I expected a higher spike than 4 after reducing medication. Cut back on Metforin from 1,000mg to 500mg (2 to 1 tablet); Took my blood sugar before dinner – 114.
December 20 – Morning fasting blood sugar 129–drop of 19. Eliminated Amaryl. Took my blood sugar before dinner – 131.
December 21 – Morning fasting blood sugar 127–drop of 2. Eliminated last Metforin tablet. Took my blood sugar before dinner – 123.
December 22 – Morning fasting blood sugar 121–drop of 6–this is with no Metforin nor Amaryl, only 20units of Lantos. Reducing Lantos to 10units.

Exercise results, how quick to see them…..???


It is not the exercise that produces the result! Go ahead, now read that again, and again and again.

Exercise is the “trigger” or the stimulus to cause the body to need to react. The reaction is to enable the body’s ability to endure or withstand or acclimate to an increased level of “stress!” That hopeful positive reaction is the increase in new muscle and that new muscle then produces the need for the body to use more calories and burn more fat, etc.

So how quick are you going to see results? About as quick as you apply more facts that will work with “what the body requires” to produce those desired results. Yes the old so called cart has been in front of the horse too long. People are going out and exercising first and most times without making the critical dietary changes to produce the desired results first.

Exercise is a stress or a stimulus to get the body to adapt to an increased level of “performance.” Too many trainers and individuals are working out and expecting constant results without giving the body the “materials” (nutrients) required. Not only are they not giving the body the required materials they must also give the body adequate amounts and allow enough time for the body to process those materials. Then of course there are the factors of quality, quantity, frequency, and of course the right combining for best absorption and assimilation.

The truth is known; it is a whole science and is not as easy to do as thought. I have spent over forty years in research of these factors and their applications for best results. As my website name states “results are proof.” I can only say there is a huge difference between health and fitness. There is an even bigger gap between medicine and health. That is why there are so many programs and training styles and so little consistent long term results being realized. It is because of the missing facts in almost all programs.

So when someone says they want fast results, I ask them do you want those results long term and consistent with a healthful ending? It is about intent, about health, about the real deal! Most programs are very lacking in the true values that should be considered.

Be smart, do some investigating, or read my book that is why I wrote it.

Again the name of my book says it all “The Great Fitness Fraud.” Remember it is about your actual life forces, health, and longevity!

Medicine, who’s lying……someone is, here’s proof!


An oath is a vow a person swears to, a commitment that is never to be broken. Today we allow Doctors to get away with literal murder and crimes against humanity. Read the rest below and judge for yourself. Beware of who you trust and investigate who you deal with when it comes to your health! The following is what Doctors swear to, are they honorable    to it? Lets see……..

The new oath says he will respect hard won scientific gains

The old oath says he will use dietary measures

The new oath says he will use art and science

The old says he will never give a deadly drug

The new oath says he can take a life

The old oath says he will never give an abortive measure

The new oath says he will not be as though he treats a fever chart

The old oath says I will keep my patient from harm and injustice

The new oath says I must consider my treatment of illness it may affect the person’s family and economic stability.

The new oath also says I will prevent disease whenever I can, for prevention is  preferable to cure.

The new oath says I will not be ashamed to say “I know not,” nor will I fail to call              in my colleagues when the skills of another are needed for a patient’s recovery.

What is going on? Who is lying? What has happened? This is all from the old and new Hippocratic oaths! The man who changed the oaths at Tufts University in the 1960’s became the head of the F. D. A. shortly after this. Something smells here. There are some serious malpractice issues going on according to their own oaths.

For your own sake check out the old oath and the modern versions, you will see the truth!

Food for thought: If your doctor can not guarantee how to prevent it, then why do people go to them for a cure, who’s stupid here? It is obvious the doctor if he doesn’t know prevention that he cannot know enough to help!

Food supply—- Cruelty, what is it…..really???

Whole Foods this last week dropped buying from a farm because they said the chicks were abused. Okay, I agree that abuse is one thing nothing living deserves! So this farm is definitely letting these chicks that get damaged suffer. However, what about the fact that it is the employee’s that are the problem as much as the farm. The farm cannot watch every employee every minute. Yes the farm can put up cameras; yes the farm can do this or that. Should not the law look at the employee, too? Come on here, let’s get real and put everything into perspective!

It is wrong to make or let anything suffer, even the owners of the farm for the employee’s wrongs! Get it! If the farm should suffer consequence, so should everyone involved, not mass punishment, as other employees will suffer loss of work because of these actions (fewer sales). Hello, where is the line in the sand? Where do we really put the blame?

I say that first, investigate more in depth, then put blame where blame is due. It is like church collecting money in the donations on Sunday and they don’t give it out for a week, is that cruelty? After  all the people who were going to be helped out by the church need the money to eat, so they get put off for a couple extra days and don’t eat as soon! Is that cruelty?

We watch the big pharmaceutical companies get money from “donations” for cancer research and then “charge” people for the medications for a “profit!” Where is the sense in giving money for research and then the people you helped, way overcharge you so their friends ,”the hospitals” can make all this profit off your hurting? Someone isn’t thinking correctly or logically here either.

Here is another example of absolute insanity. We go to the Doctor and we pay for insurance and then we “co-pay” more money, hello that is stupid? The Doctor isn’t trained to heal only “manage our disease” through pharmaceuticals that only masks symptoms. So the Doctor gives us a drug that keeps us sick without feeling it as bad. Now he just broke his oath of “not prescribing any deadly thing,” and we paid insurance and co-pay to be treated like that? Then he tells us to come back for another such treatment and most do! Now these same type thinkers want us to worry about a chick being treated the same way we are being treated! Hello, they are going to kill the chick in couple of months for chicken on some persons table, anyway!  Where is the line in the sand, anyway, I am serious?

I say we all need to get more perspective, more thoughtful, way more sensible, practical, and a whole lot more logical!  Where have we gone down the wrong road? Today most everyone I try to help with their health usually say,”Oh that’s too much work, or I don’t like that, or you want me to give up what?” It is actually funny to think people won’t help themselves with their own life force, but have time to worry about everyone else’s rights and wrongs! It is silly, actually sad and stupid in my view. I often reflect on the higher powers I believe in to guide me, as I surely see too much insanity to stay inspired to help of my own accord!    NOTE: I AM NOT “TAKING SIDES!”
