Results of increased strength, endurance, and fat loss while lean muscle is gained, is about FACT BASED KNOWLEDGE and APPLICATIONS, NOT LUCK, CHANCE or a MAYBE!
TRUE KNOWLEDGE can and does allow for the PROVEN PROFESSIONAL, to PREDICT to a great degree and ACTUALLY “TEST” the following, to prove their program is PHYSICALLY CORRECT and actually is BUILDING HEALTH as well.

Youth….. SUMMER SPORTS, the DANGERS

Every summer parents try to get their children of various ages and up through high school involved in sports programs. Some parents actually believe that most of the so called coaches are actually caring about their kids. WRONG, very wrong, there are as many or more coaches that are there for the money and even worse there are the coaches that care ”way more about their ego’s.

I have been in the human physical performance business for over forty three years. During that time I have come to listen and watch very carefully to what programs are actually doing or not doing for the kids.

What I can tell you is this; these programs for the “far greatest part” are “RUINING” our youth’s interest in, participation in, and putting these children’s health in danger! Oh, yes they are not being considered on the physiological levels at all, none, no, nada, and zip!

These coaches do not want to hear that exercise is an “added stressor” to their young participants usually under nourished, under fed, physical bodies! These children and youngsters are in need of “specific nutritional requirements” for their everyday lives, let alone the requirements for sports stress and the hot weather, and then the ability to meet the requirements for their  ”formative years.”

During my time in my field of physical performance I have had the extreme pleasure to work with many great athletes. During this career I have also had the awesome responsibility to gain those individuals levels of increased performance. I was able to do so but at the cost of KNOWING WHAT WAS NEEDED, from the materials or nutrient end!

My job was to increase the response mechanism of the body to facilitate the needed muscle, bone, functions and more. Do these parents or coaches ever even “think of these needs?” Because of the requirements being not present this leaves these young bodies neglected and unable to “form” or grow at the rate that should take place let alone is it truly “healthful?”

Without a coach knowing the nutritional input of these children what is actually happening is literally “child abuse.” A true professional coach would have considered these things and would have implemented a nutritional component. After all this is about building the child’s confidence, and physical ability. It is about “learning, gaining good solid experiences” for the rest of their lives.

There are many tests that any parent can and should know on “HOW TO TEST” fitness and sports programs for the proper requirements to be truly healthful and not more stressful. Imagine the child working their hardest to be the best yet there is this MAJOR ELEMENT MISSING that is preventing them from their goals, how frustrating to the child. They are trying their hardest and being told they can “do it” yet they cannot seem to get there! My Book “The Great Fitness Fraud” would be one place to start or get a consulting.

Be considering the points of required nutrients, approaches, standards, and watch for over pushing these young aspiring future athletes. How, what, good or bad comes their way is going to be a part of their perceptions for a possible lifetime. Let’s be considerate to make it truly healthfully positive!

Over work, over stressed, over heated, over pushed is not the goal!

Fat, the final answer!

You have all heard it, over and over, you know, “I am going to lose this weight!”

Well we all also know, that is 99 plus percent mostly, a “want to be” statement!

Weight gain is actually very simple and a “much understood problem” if and when we all get “super honest!”

But no, most have to skirt around the truth and try to find a way to slip the truth off to the side instead of just admitting what absolutely everyone absolutely knows to be the real, scary truth.

The problem, it is right there, in plain sight, obvious, blatantly glaring, watched, noticed, just plain “seen” by others because they are there or understand being there in the fat suit, or overly fed suite, or anything else someone is trying to depict it as!

The “word” no overweight person wants used, the word that people are afraid to say,”selfish,” yes when anyone is over weight for a prolonged period of time, the simple truth is they are selfish!

Food does not jump on us, seek us out, and make us continue to “over indulge!” Yes, no one get over weight, fat, or especially obese without the factor of having overindulged.

Fat is excess calories stored on the body, period! It is from eating, consuming more than is needed. Fat or being overweight and obese is about, having “what one wants when one wants it” and more often than is healthy or reasonable, it is pure and simple “excess, excessively.”

There is an answer,”if, if, someone wants to be healthy, and thinner. Yes, there is an answer and it is out there and the possibilities are great but there are very certain “requirements.”

These REQUIREMENTS are,

1)      A well based program of facts and balance for health and learning a lifestyle.

2)       “Desire or true honesty” and this come with placing one’s self in a place of accountability.

3)      Commitment and consistency.

Most individuals do not really want to be healthy or committed to anything that takes away from their immediate comforts and sensations of whatever makes them “feel good.”

No, these people will say, “Oh I love my family” or “I love so and so,” “oh really you have no idea how much I love them!” But the “reality is, it is a lie of convenience.” They love them to be around for “themselves.” But the truth is these types are about “selfishness” not others. If they truly loved others, they would want to take care of themselves to live and be around to be with these they say they love!

So the final answer is there for anyone who truly wants it, I have helped thousands to lose all kinds of weight. If someone says they are going to lose their weight, just hide and watch. Do not say a word, just watch. The real truth is in the action. The real person will be seen! Clearly they know what they are doing, I have had too many admit to this truth, it is how I dare to put this to words.

Or…….”Me now”.      That’s the truth!

 

A “little” says something but,”more” says it all!

“Excess” is a to the point statement that is in all actuality “self evident!”

No needs to do any explaining because if the individual cannot ” read it” then they are in the same place!

 

The word “fat” in the dictionary means; Unnecessary excess ,  ” extra”

The word obese means; Excessively fat, grossly

Life, law, and spirit judges by “INTENT!”

What is the obvious” intent” behind these words fat and obese???

Simple …….”selfishness”

 

Intent is “me now” or  what ever ” I ” want, and “right now!”

 

ME, NOW!

Being fat, overweight, or obese and let us not forget “morbidly obese” is about having it your way, when you want it! It is by “decision” that one becomes one of these previous conditions. The only other way that it can happen would be to be a prisoner and then yet an individual does not have to continue to consume in mass quantity the amounts necessary to cause these conditions except by choice.

 

Yes there are those extremely rare conditions that “can help cause” fat, obesity etc. but it is very difficult to “make a person over eat to extreme excess!” However those conditions are still “manageable!” We can say “oh that poor person!” However the truth is excess is the bottom line, fat does not “just jump on a person.” Fat does not seek its victims out.” It is by choice and repeatedly so!

 

Eating disorders are a psychological condition that can be treated as well as other types of conditions. Addictive behavior, yes, that can and often does ”play a part” in overweight, fat, obesity etc. But, by and large most want overweight, fat, and obese to be treated as a poor “victim” rather than the truth of a “lifestyle choice!”

 

There are a few possible physiological factors that could be blamed for these individuals. However in the years of experience I have had it almost always is a deliberate made decision to have what one wants when one wants it! Making it in truth psychological!

 

SENSATIONS way too many!

Sensations added to emotions are turned into addictions. This is a huge part of what I have seen in the last twenty years! How does sensation cause this?

“Sensation” in the dictionary is

Function: noun

1 – A “MENTAL” PROCESS

(as seeing, hearing, or smelling)

RESULTING FROM the immediate external stimulation of a sense organ often as distinguished from a conscious awareness compare PERCEPTION and……AWARENESS – an indefinite bodily feeling

2 – something (as a physical stimulus, sense-datum, or afterimage) that causes or is the object of sensation

3 – a state of excited interest or feeling

 

This is where people’s EXPECTATIONS of what “could be” take over and are not, “could be,” but are “made to be” real at that immediate moment (NOW), and good, proper or correct and better are thrown out the window of logic and good! Why wait!

They want it CHEAP, FAST, or NOW, and EASY! Immediate gratification!

THOUGHT:

Basically the vast majority of individuals pay more attention to their receiving “the particular stimulus” they crave or focus on. This “stimulus is the cause of their “sensation” that they “crave” or “focus” on to the point of obsessing which is called an “addiction!”

Constantly pursuing this “sensation” is something that is usually brought about through various differing modes. It usually is caused by a food, chemical, drug, etc. The only other possibility is the mental or psychological desire “to have the SENSATION that is being focused on!

HEALING, WHY NOT….? WELLNESS, WHY NOT??? INCURABLE, “IT’S NOT!!!”

Our body is an “electrical” (spirit-ually animated, or electrical force), “chemical” (nutrients, =chemicals) biological being, hopefully with a “mind” (reasoning’s) in a somewhat working order! The mind is the component of our being where “most limitations” are born, stored and believed as “facts or truths” but are always not so!

We are made of water, minerals, proteins, fats and various other chemicals, or substances that are replaced or regenerated from our intake at different time spans. However all cells are replaced within 15 – 18 months!

By having our cells or our physical make up being replaced every so many months “this gives us great possibilities” for a “new start” or restart of types. You might say we are recyclable.

So when we look at the word “disease” as we should being,  dis-ease  or unrest at the cellular level. This means that there is an “unbalance” as to what the body requires to function or perform adequately, or optimally.

If the body were to receive what it “requires” in adequate or even better, more than adequate amounts for an “assurance policy” it would immediately be able to “adequately” respond to imbalance and change to proper balance being healed. Healed, which means to be “restored to the original,” rather than merely “cured” which means to “gain relief” of the irritating symptom! Most ill or diseased individuals would obviously choose healed.

Restoration and “healed” should be the goal. To relieve the current irritating symptom or get “cured” is not the proper goal, unless there is another motive or intent, like a continuing financial benefit! Using cures is a “disease management” type of treatment or mentality used today by most Physicians, and facilities.

So when we sit down to eat, consume our foods and supplements let us be mind full of our great possibilities to be adequately supplied with the right materials or chemicals called “nutrients!” People need to be aware that our food either does something “to us, or for us” and that here lays the possibilities through our choices to be of greater health and healing, or to continue being dis-eased!

SICKNESS, ILLNESS, WEIGHT GAIN, ….. SELF WILL RUN RIOT !

Why is it, everyone seems to want others to “understand,” that they got sick or ill or overweight?

It all comes from the same problem, “self will run riot!”

Over eating causes weight gain, period, not all the excuses people come up with!

If a person doesn’t “get that” fat is “excess energy” stored on the body, they have a real bad intelligence lack.

When an individual allows their blood sugar level to get too low their body goes into starvation or survival mode and store all calories for future needs. This means that all repair foods do not repair the body so performance is lowered and sickness can have place. Or it is this non repairing that loses lean muscle and the body is not able to mount defenses for differing types of bacteria and other system inadequacies to cause “dis-ease or un-rest” or non restoration to happen!

So “dis-ease” is un-rest at the cellular level.  Un-rest  is non “restoration” of processes and functions to be enabled for health to prosper!

So “pity” is not an option. Non-action is still an action! Or not being “pro-active” about your bodies maintenance is sloth, or lazy! We create our health, with the physical, the mental and the spiritual.

When an individual puts that food in their mouth there is no doubt that they know what they are doing! It is another case of  ”self will running riot!”

People choose their health, sickness, illness, and disease do not lay wait and attack us, ambush us, or seek us out! We as individuals either are pro-active to help ourselves or we are sloth and lazy. So when people want attention and they are sick, it is by their doing’s or undoing’s, and not genetic, luck or chance, sorry!

I will write more on various angles of this, but for the most part we all know the real truth, “self will run riot!”

Imagine people start to feel ill, it continues, they feel worse, so they go to the Doctor!

Now let’s stop and think or make an observation here.

When did your Doctor ever tell you how to stop your upset stomach by using different combinations of food, or to stop eating a possible irritating food and do that with certainty? I mean when did your Doctor ever tell you what foods were the best to eat for any condition? No, he or she will give you a pharmaceutical that only masks the symptom, and is totally incorrect at the ionic state! This drug will give you MORE bad or imbalance long term than it will give short term benefit, every time.

When did your Doctor ever tell you exactly how to eat to stop your condition from becoming worse or when did he tell you how to make it better.

Doctors do not know how to tell you to get fit, by this I mean “ask him to predict with accuracy,” how to lose only fat and how to “exactly gain” a certain amount of muscle, and use hydrostatic weighing to prove it.

So we go to this guy or lady we call a DOCTOR, who is supposed to know how to cure us, and he doesn’t know even how to prevent our condition…….so how can he heal us when he doesn’t know or understand what caused it…..so we who go to those ill prepared, unknowing, unskilled and obviously fraudulent egotist of health to get healed….we are the obviously stupid one’s!

Somehow people have been duped into putting “unfounded trust into completely incompetent idiots” that hold themselves out a PROFESSIONALS!

Note: Anyone who is of any type of a true spiritual conscience would go out, search, learn, and implement true healing measures rather than try to say, well they only want a easy, quick fix, so that’s all I could do for them! The individuals who would continue to do an approach that only temporarily masks a “health problem” is MERCENARY, and is in it for the money or position, not a decent, respectful, God fearing, human beings!

KNOW, WHO TO TRUST, IT SHOULD BE THE INDIVIDUAL WHO “SHOWS PROOF “IN ALL TREATMENTS OF ALL TYPES, WITH ALL INDIVIDUALS!

Fit, fat, unhealthy, sick, lazy, moody, it all is affected by “what you eat!” Yes and it is that simple unless you are that hard headed!

FAT, LOOK BAD, AND FEEL WORSE….

Bad decisions are the problem. Sickness, fat, and moody are all from one’s own decisions because we usually want to “just take it easy!”

The trouble is in part not gaining an education for keeping our “health” or “physical maintenance” up to where the necessary levels need to be. Yes we are the problem in being cheap, fast and lazy or all three.

It is like most people, if we really watch and truly watch closely, we will observe that MOST ALL want to do as little as possible.  However inaction is an action!

Health is the true bottom line to feeling our best, or energized. Why, because our body is restored or rebuilt to its best level of ability to perform from what we eat and do or do not do.  We take for granted that our body which is much like a car that needs required amounts of oil, gas, water, and air not to mention mechanical adjustments on an “ongoing” basis.

People “like” a taste of something so we eat a lot of it and wow, we become fat, a decision that we make! We want to eat this or that, then we have certain tell tale symptoms and it is because we have over or under loaded our systems with particular chemicals or nutrients that leave us “out of balance. So we are imbalanced and we have a bad sensation due to our “wanting what we want” right then and right now.

Being obese, fat, overweight, out of shape, lazy, sick is all our own doing! We are a new being down to every cell every sixteen to eighteen months! What possibilities that gives us to be more healthful, vibrant, energized, and actually more youthful as opposed to worn out, and or aged!

So what are you doing or not doing? What are you replacing your old you with? Want better, then eat better, act better, and definitely “think better!”

Better thinking comes from better understanding which creates “value” of certain things! When we have better values certain things become more important, which is why we will do more in certain areas of our life making it a lifestyle item or action.  Giving understanding to health and how to attain it is why I wrote my book, The Great Fitness Fraud so that people could find the value of doing things in a lifestyle.
